John "Jack" M. Horas

Jack is a lifelong resident of St. Louis, attending Vianney High School and is active in the St. Louis community. He attended the University of Notre Dame Law where he received the A. Harold Weber Moot Court Award Outstanding Achievement in Art of Oral Advocacy. He also attended Quincy College, graduating magna cum laude, played on three National Championship soccer teams, and was named to the Academic All-America Soccer Team.

Jack is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of both Missouri and Illinois. He has achieved an AV rating as an attorney, which is the highest rating that can be given.

Jack has been representing businesses for more than 30 years in every aspect of their legal needs, including complex business litigation, shareholder disputes, real estate transactions, general business advise, and drafting and negotiating all types of business contracts and agreements, including employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, employee manuals, and shareholder and operating agreements. He also has extensive experience in construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in litigation, mechanic liens and subrogation matters.

Jack believes that his clients are best served when they can relate to their attorney on a personal level. He uses his extensive experience to provide common sense, practical, and effective legal representation for his clients.
